Complete Home Inspection
$200-$300 (depending on size and location of house)
A home inspection is a professional, physical and visual examination of the condition of the home (interior, exterior, sturcture, roof, attic, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) You'll get the inspection and a detailed report with photos.
Specialty Home Inspection
$100
This is a special service offered to people who just want 1 area of thier home inspected. We can inspect just the attic, roof, foundation or structure. This inspection takes less time and cost less money than a complete inspections.
Energy Audit/Infrared Camera Inspection
$300
This inspections involves the use of an IR camera which takes video and photos using thermal imaging. We can locate inadequate insulation in walls, attics and around windows which can cost you hundreds in energy bills. We can also find electrical problems, pest problems and water damage in ceilings, walls and floors.
Pest Inspection
$75 (only $25 when added to a complete inspection)
It is very important to inspect for pests. Wood destroying insects such as termites or carpenter ants can do structural damage to a home. We can also inspect for ants, beetles, lady bugs, spiders and rodents such as mice, rats, squirrels and chipmunks.
In Home Air Testing
$50 (only $25 when added to a complete inspection)
We measure the particles in the air and test for mold and bacteria. This test is great for homes with a Michigan basement or any other moist area. This tells us if the air is potentially harmful.
Radon Gas Testing
$50 (only $25 when added to a complete inspection)

Lake Property Services-Call for pricing
We offer a variety of services for lake property or seasonal property owners. During the winter months when the home is unoccupied we can visit the home weekly/bi-weekly/monthly to check on the property. We can go inside the home if you'd like to make sure there are no problems such as loss of power or frozen pipes. We can also plow the driveway if you are planning a mid winter visit.
